Julian specialises in coaching Young juniors and has successfully brought them to several County Championships. Julian’s unabated comittment and passion for teaching people of any age and ability always shines through and players find they reach their full potential.

Matt Walker

LTA Licensed Tennis Coach. Matt (age 21) has been coaching tennis for 4 years and playing for 14 years to County standard. Matt brings a warm, relaxed manner to coaching and has great rapport with children and adults alike. Matt will be joining the Acestars team full time after his graduation from degree studies at Loughborough University in 2008.

Wojtek Specalek

Tennis Coach Wojtek’s native home is Poland where he was one of the top Junior Tennis players in the country. He has been with Acestars for 4 years. Wojtek is a very friendly, supportive, highly motivated coach who successfully coaches students of all ages and abilities. Wojtek experience expands 12 years. Wojtek currently works in conjunction with Julian in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.

Catherine Gurney

Certified Nutritionist & Physical Therapist. Catherine joins the Acestars team as Part Time Personal Assistant. Catherine brings 15 years administration, sales and marketing experience to support Julian and the team. We firmly believe Nutrition goes Hand in Hand with optimum physical and mental performance in sport as well as life. Geza Szabo

Geza is from Hungary, where his wife and two teenage daughters currently live. He has been involved in tennis for 31 years, and brings 20 years coaching experience to Acestars. Geza has taught students who have competed at Hungarian national and international level tournaments. His students have aspired to the Hungarian national junior team and the prestigious Davis Cup. Geza has been with Acestars for 3 years. He brings a mature, supportive, studious approach to coaching for the committed and focused student.

Elliot Francis

Senior Assistant,Elliot (16) was part of the victorious Yateley Manor Under 11 team in 2001. Coached by Julian and went on to play for Hampshire. Elliot now assists the Acestars coaches and has an excellent rapport with children.
